You can still read this middle chapter last. If you're familiar with the story, you know that this "Interlude" does not appear in the novel or film. Who knows how Lucy and George actually hooked up, but *this* is how 2 other folks did it!
note: It isn't necesary to have read the book or seen the film to understand the stories (hopefully), but it's definitely recommended! Also recommended -- Maurice(haven't read it, but have seen the film), which deals with a gay love story in the same time period.
